This Is famous Famous DhupTak (Smoke Flavour Buttermilk) Girgaon (gorgaum) Mumbai 

This outlet is located on the road  between sahitya sangh mandir to charniroad station 

HARI OM CHAAS CENTER 

this oulet is owned by mr. Prasad Vedpathak operating since last 4-5 years 

speciality is dhup tak ( smoke flavour buttermilk)

special preparatin style ------ he took  hot burning charcoal then added some cumin seeds and ajwain then he added  ghee (clarified butter) and immediately cover with the glass and let the smoke gather in the glass , in the mean time he prepared for tak (buttermilk) mixed ready buttermilk with his special tak (buttermilk) masala , finally he picked up the smoke filled glass and transfered the ready tak(buttermilk) in the smoke filled glass  then again transferd that in the buttermilk glass and served and here comes awsome Famous DhupTak (Smoke Flavour Buttermilk)

Recently i have been to alibag for outing and visited there at famous sweets shop 

Phaphe Bandhu sweets shop ------------

we tried special kandi pedhe ( reduced milk ball coated with sugar)  and  dudhi halwa (grated bottle gourd sweet )

it was awsome and fresh -----------------

the sweet shop is 80 years old and they are so much confident about their quality and durability that they promise to replace double qauntity of the kandi pedhe with courier charges if you are taking out of station
